We do not sell your data, we do not track you across the web for advertising purposes, and we do not use algorithmic feeds to manipulate your attention. Your subscription supports our service, ensuring our interests are 100% aligned with your family's privacy and well-being.

We collect only the information necessary to provide our Services:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and subscription payment details (processed securely by our payment provider).
  • Family Content: Photos, videos, messages, and voice notes shared within your private family circle. Messages are End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) where noted.
  • Location Data: Real-time location information, if enabled, to facilitate safety features like Family Map and Geofencing.
  • Usage Data: Aggregated, anonymized statistics on app usage to help Guardians monitor digital wellness.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
  • To process your subscription payments.
  • To send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Guardian accounts maintain full control over child accounts, including the ability to review, delete, or export child data at any time.
